Business partners Alison Stone and Natalie Roberts have both been in the broker industry since 2011. Balance Finance Partners was formed in 2016, creating a broking solution so that their Industry Partners could offer an extension of their businesses. The business has now expanded to include direct clients.
Combining their individual strengths together was a logical fit ensuring a sound offering across all lending types. The team at Balance Finance Partners has more than 45 collective years’ of experience in the finance industry.
Natalie’s client base is a testament to her strength in developing and maintaining strong client relationships. Natalie has a strong work ethic and integrity which ensures the best outcomes to her clients. Natalie has an abundance of knowledge and experience when it comes to supporting her clients, particularly with complex financials. This ensures a no-fuss solution, removing any emotional stresses for her clients. Whatever obstacle, you can trust Natalie to overcome it. Whist not a work, Natalie adores spending time her two boys and extended family. She also loves going to the beach, eating great food, wine tasting, and travelling the world.
Ali is passionate about helping clients find the right financial solution for their individual circumstances. Her genuine care and meticulous attention to detail ensures that her clients are supported in every step of their financing journey. From first home buyers to experienced investors and businesses, her goal is to provide a seamless stress-free experience when pursuing financial goals. Backed by an MBA and a Diploma in Financial Services (Finance/Mortgage Broking Management), Ali is highly qualified to handle all your finance needs, for personal or business purposes. Outside of work, Ali and her family live on a farm in the Adeliade Hills. They enjoy an active lifestyle as part of the local community. Ali lives on a small farm in Adelaide Hills with her husband and 2 young kids. She’s great at negotiating with banks, but terrible at negotiating with children at dinner time.
Luke is a problem solver with a passion for numbers and a keen ear for economic reports. Thoughtful and adept at communication, his quiet moments are often the birthplace of brilliant ideas. Holding a Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking, Luke is here to support Ali and nurture clients throughout the application process. He will assist to navigate clients through each stage and has all your questions covered. When not immersed in work, Luke enjoys watching sports and supporting his beloved Liverpool FC and Adelaide Crows, spending quality time with his family, and savouring a delicious plate of homemade pasta or pizza.
